Collection of Data
The use of our online products requires pre-registration and also requires us to gather certain information from our users such as: Username‚ Password‚ Name‚ Title‚ Company‚ Address‚ Country‚ Email address‚ Phone number‚ Fax number‚ Cell number‚ Pager number‚ Website‚ Output name‚ and various other information necessary to complete the order. Order history is stored for tracking and reporting. List information uploaded by the user is only available to those users who have been given explicit permission either by the user or the site administrator. Credit card information is NOT stored in the systems database. All credit card information is passed directly to the credit card processing agency Authorize.Net (www.authorize.net) using secure transmission protocol HTTPS. Data Use Data is not rented‚ sold‚ exchanged or in any way used for any purpose other than required by the software except where we are legally obligated to disclose such information.
